Field Supervisor Job Description Template
Our company is looking for a Field Supervisor to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Distribute daily work load to team members;
- Interact professionally and effectively with on sight customer and other vendor representatives;
- Professionally and legibly complete or direct and review completion all on sight paperwork for the company and customer;
- Ensure all employees perform assigned tasks in compliance with all company, customer, and federally required safety policies/procedures;
- Perform system sweep response tests and preventative maintenance as required;
- Oversight of Northland’s safety programs,
- Perform all system and head end testing as required by the FCC and Northland’s Quality Assurance program,
- Operate all test equipment related to cable television,
- Maintain technical portion of FCC public inspection files;
- Lead and supervise the routing and performance of quality work of installers, customer service technicians, and system technicians,
- Support and back-up the Broadband Technician.
Requirements:
- Detail-oriented and ability to abide by deadlines;
- Strong managerial skills and ability to multi-task;
- Spanish is a plus;
- Strong managerial skills and ability to enforce safety standards and practices;
- Valid driver’s license;
- Must be able to pass a pre-employment, random, and or post-accident/injury substance abuse screening;
- 2-4 years of Experienced in Tank Entry Supervisor in API;
- Ensure equipment and company property is maintained in proper condition;
- Document and report any accidents/injuries immediately to company safety and business officials;
- Must have and maintain a valid Driver’s License;
- Driver’s License;
- Basic Computer skills;
- Minimum 3 years recent management experience;
- Ability to work independently and in groups;
- Ability to work outdoors in all weather.
