Our company is looking for a File Maintenance Clerk to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Attention to detail and ability to work independently;
  • Maintain the Digi Scale files;
  • Create appropriate codes for accurate tracking of item file sales;
  • Maintain the master file database and oversee the integrity of the stores’ data file;
  • Store visits and audits of best practices;
  • Ability to identify and communicate issues and work to resolve in a timely manner;
  • Purge item file to help maintain accuracy;
  • Provide assistance to the store Administrative Assistant as needed;
  • Maintain inventory spreadsheets with current costing, pricing, & update purchasing information;
  • Partner with management to positively effect change and progress;
  • Perform price checks, audit/make tags, and create signage;
  • Participation in monthly inventory counts.

Requirements:

  • Effective communication skills;
  • Knowledge of basic math (counting, addition, and subtraction);
  • Ability to handle stressful situations;
  • MS Outlook, Word, & Excel proficient;
  • HDS or Similar Front End System Experience;
  • Digi Scale Management would be considered an asset;
  • Exceptional keying and calculation accuracy;
  • Inventory experience in a retail setting;
  • Highly organized and excellent communication skills;
  • Must be at least 18 years of age;
  • Current food handlers permit once employed.
