Our company is looking for a Financial Services Associate to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Other duties as assigned;
  • Some travel may be required;
  • Performing, documenting, and summarizing research and conclusions regarding specific tax issues – approximately 10% of your time;
  • Remain up-to-date on current tax practices and changes in tax law;
  • Interact directly with clients handling questions, planning, concerns, etc;
  • Develop, motivate, and train staff level and intern team members – approximately 10% of your time;
  • Preparing complex Tax returns – approximately 25-40% of your time.

Requirements:

  • Strong commitment to providing exceptional customer service;
  • Outstanding active listening skills and the ability to engage customers to determine their unique financial needs and preferences;
  • Computer literate, with experience in Microsoft Office suite, including the ability to navigate between multiple computer applications;
  • Excellent verbal and written skills;
  • Detail oriented;
  • Knowledge of retirement products or other experience in the Financial Industry a plus;
  • Associate or Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience;
  • Proven record of dependability;
  • Must be receptive to detailed and frequent performance feedback;
  • Bilingual fluency strongly preferred (English/Spanish);
  • Proficient PC skills with ability to multitask between computer applications;
  • Outstanding active listening skills and the ability to engage customers to determine their unique financial needs;
  • Prior experience in a contact center environment is a plus;
  • Must be receptive to change and detailed performance feedback Prior experience in a call center environment is a plus;
  • Excellent verbal and written skills and a strong commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
