Our company is looking for a Front Desk Concierge to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide basic trouble-shooting support for in-room services such as Internet, TV movies, games, and Web service;
  • Oversees our bicycle sharing program;
  • Stores and retrieves guest luggage and packages;
  • Manages guest parking space assignment and issues guest parking passes;
  • Duties of submitting Work Orders for residents via telephone or in person;
  • Processes packages, faxes, messages, and mail which may be either outgoing or incoming in an accurate and timely manner;
  • Assist with restaurant menus, reviews, recommendations, and reservations;
  • Answer the phone located at the front desk;
  • Help in the evacuation of a building during an emergency;
  • Arrange for car/limo services when requested;
  • Greet and, when applicable, open the door(s) for residents, tenants, and guests;
  • Call emergency personnel such as Police and Fire Departments in case of an emergency;
  • Challenge suspicious individuals and inform the authorities of suspicious incidents;
  • Report any building malfunctions to management (i.e. light bulb out, broken floor tile, leaks, etc.);
  • Announce all visitors to the clients and tenants. Keep all visitors at the front desk until permission is received from the unit resident/tenant.

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in MS Project, MS Outlook, MS Word, MS Excel, and MS Windows;
  • High school degree or equivalent;
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills;
  • Excellent customer service orientation and excellent interpersonal skills.
