Front Desk Representative Job Description Template
Our company is looking for a Front Desk Representative to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Keep front desk clean, tidy and supplied with all the necessary supplies;
- Monitor and update records and files;
- Answer all incoming calls, redirect them when needed;
- Greet, communicate with and welcome guests;
- Monitors office supplies;
- Make supply orders when needed;
- Receive letters, packages and send them to appropriate destination;
- Prepare and manage outgoing mail;
- Preparing client charts/surgical forms for the next day’s Clinic;
- Scheduling appointments/surgeries/ procedures;
- Check-In/Check-Out Clients;
- Cleaning the lobby;
- Calling clients to remind them of their appointment;
- Loading clients into treatment rooms for appointments;
- Restocking shelves of pet food, treats and other products.
Requirements:
- Customer-oriented mindest;
- In-depthknowledge of office management and bookkeeping;
- Team player;
- Critical thinker and problem-solving skills;
- X years of experience as Front Desk Representative or similar role;
- Great interpersonal and communication skills;
- Sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on company’s success;
- High School diploma; any additional diploma will be considered as advantage;
- Good time management skills;
- High school diploma or equivalent;
- Excellent customer service skills;
- Attention to detail;
- Trustworthy and discreet with sensitive information;
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office Programs (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc);
- Professionalism of working in an office setting.
