Our company is looking for a Front Desk Representative to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Keep front desk clean, tidy and supplied with all the necessary supplies;
  • Monitor and update records and files;
  • Answer all incoming calls, redirect them when needed;
  • Greet, communicate with and welcome guests;
  • Monitors office supplies;
  • Make supply orders when needed;
  • Receive letters, packages and send them to appropriate destination;
  • Prepare and manage outgoing mail;
  • Preparing client charts/surgical forms for the next day’s Clinic;
  • Scheduling appointments/surgeries/ procedures;
  • Check-In/Check-Out Clients;
  • Cleaning the lobby;
  • Calling clients to remind them of their appointment;
  • Loading clients into treatment rooms for appointments;
  • Restocking shelves of pet food, treats and other products.

  • In-depthknowledge of office management and bookkeeping;
  • Team player;

  • X years of experience as Front Desk Representative or similar role;
  • Great interpersonal and communication skills;
  • Sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on company’s success;
  • High School diploma; any additional diploma will be considered as advantage;
  • Good time management skills;
  • High school diploma or equivalent;
  • Excellent customer service skills;
  • Attention to detail;
  • Trustworthy and discreet with sensitive information;
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office Programs (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc);
  • Professionalism of working in an office setting.
