Our company is looking for a Front Office Coordinator to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare outgoing mail by drafting correspondence, securing parcels ect;
  • Must be willing to travel on average one (1) day per week to our lakeshore location to provide general office support;
  • Greet and welcome guests with providing excellent customer services;
  • Represent the clinic in the community through participation in marketing opportunities;
  • Coordinate patient referrals, registration, and scheduling;
  • Operate standard office equipment, such as computer, copier, phone and fax machine;
  • Keep information confidential in accordance with HIPAA;
  • Effectively communicate with our patients and team;
  • Other duties as assigned;
  • Maintaining lobby;
  • Check in/out patients and collect co-pays and deductibles;
  • Managing inquiries over the phone and in person;
  • Handling phone screenings;
  • Previous experience in medical office setting a plus;
  • Helping incoming candidates with application process.

Requirements:

  • Computer and basic social media skills;
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) is helpful;
  • Self-starter;
  • Available to work a rotating shift including evenings (either Tuesday or Thursday) and weekends (either Saturday or Sunday);
  • Computer skills required, including data entry skills and proficiency with Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, and email;
  • Knowledge of and experience in medical insurance;
  • Attention to detail and focus on accuracy;
  • High organization skills;
  • Minimum of 3 years in an outpatient medical setting;
  • College degree preferred;
  • Reliable;
  • Excellent communication, computer, and organizational skills; and a strong mission orientation;
  • Proven ability to multi-task;
  • Motivated and Dedicated;
  • Collaborative team player.
