Our company is looking for a HR Analyst to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and organize the creation, receipt, use & disposition of records and information about personnel activities;
- Perform administrative functions with a high level of confidentiality that support the day today operations of the HR Unit;
- Responsible for compiling hire packets, researching requisition files, pulling weekly and monthly reports for management.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field;
- Experience with qualitative and quantitative data analysis;
- Strong research and analytical skills and the ability to visually present data in a consumable format;
- Ability to extract, organize and analyze data sets;
- At least one year of experience in an analyst capacity, human resources or related field.
