Our company is looking for a HR Analyst to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and organize the creation, receipt, use & disposition of records and information about personnel activities;
  • Perform administrative functions with a high level of confidentiality that support the day today operations of the HR Unit;
  • Responsible for compiling hire packets, researching requisition files, pulling weekly and monthly reports for management.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field;
  • Experience with qualitative and quantitative data analysis;
  • Strong research and analytical skills and the ability to visually present data in a consumable format;
  • Ability to extract, organize and analyze data sets;
  • At least one year of experience in an analyst capacity, human resources or related field.
