Our company is looking for a HR Intern to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- HR Data Analysis;
- Benefits administration;
- Salary Administration;
- Onboarding and Offboarding;
- HR Process Implementation;
- Schedule and confirm interviews with candidates;
- Prepare HR-related reports as needed;
- Use online sourcing and application tracking tools such as Indeed and LinkedIn;
- Post, update and remove job ads from job boards, careers pages and social networks;
- Update our internal databases;
- Screen resumes and application forms.
Requirements:
- Capable of working independently without constant supervision;
- Mandarin;
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Communications, Psychology, or other related field;
- Ability to accomplish tasks and processes accurately and completely;
- Demonstrated skill and experience using Microsoft Office; Excel, Word and Outlook;
- Ability to multi-task and produce results under tight deadlines;
- Prior administrative experience is a plus;
- Commitment to meet deadlines and complete duties as requested with the highest quality of work;
- Ability to handle confidential information in a professional and discrete manner;
- Ability to occasionally lift up to 25 lbs;
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
- Pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Human Resources or a related field;
- Strong attention to detail;
- Able to adapt to different situations quickly;
- Willingness to learn; eager attitude.
