Our company is looking for a HR Intern to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • HR Data Analysis;
  • Benefits administration;
  • Salary Administration;
  • Onboarding and Offboarding;
  • HR Process Implementation;
  • Schedule and confirm interviews with candidates;
  • Prepare HR-related reports as needed;
  • Use online sourcing and application tracking tools such as Indeed and LinkedIn;
  • Post, update and remove job ads from job boards, careers pages and social networks;
  • Update our internal databases;
  • Screen resumes and application forms.

Requirements:

  • Capable of working independently without constant supervision;
  • Mandarin;
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Communications, Psychology, or other related field;
  • Ability to accomplish tasks and processes accurately and completely;
  • Demonstrated skill and experience using Microsoft Office; Excel, Word and Outlook;
  • Ability to multi-task and produce results under tight deadlines;
  • Prior administrative experience is a plus;
  • Commitment to meet deadlines and complete duties as requested with the highest quality of work;
  • Ability to handle confidential information in a professional and discrete manner;
  • Ability to occasionally lift up to 25 lbs;
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
  • Pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Human Resources or a related field;
  • Strong attention to detail;
  • Able to adapt to different situations quickly;
  • Willingness to learn; eager attitude.
