Responsibilities:

  • Experience using multiple different job boards;
  • Provides assistance with onboarding entry level roles;
  • Maintains confidentiality in handling highly sensitive information;
  • Performs clerical functions in support of the HR department staff, including screening telephone calls and handling general inquiries;
  • Experience sourcing, scheduling interviews, and extending offers;
  • Shortlisting prospective candidates for interview;
  • Face interviewing of candidates for client vacancies;
  • Coordinate the apprenticeship recruitment process;
  • Pass along candidates to hiring managers;
  • Sourcing own candidates and clients;
  • Attract and identify suitable candidates;
  • Contacting new and existing candidates/clients;
  • Planning throughout the recruitment process;
  • Build an industry leading sales recruitment process;
  • Bringing new clients with recruitment.

Requirements:

  • 2-4 years recruitment of entry level positions;
  • Bachelor’s degree.
