Our company is looking for a HR Recruiting Coordinator to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Resignations/Terminations: contacting employees to discuss end of assignment, employment eligibility, and other offboarding details;
  • Personal information updates: contact information changes, processing of relocations;
  • Payroll: processing Direct Deposit and Money Network Service changes, W-4 updates, timecard disputes, and manual timecards as needed;
  • Performance management: reviewing corrective action for accuracy and consistency;
  • Attendance: contacting employees regarding absenteeism, performing wellness checks;
  • Keep recruiting pipelines organized and up to date;
  • Conduct initial phone screens for compatibility;
  • Work with our payroll provider to ensure accurate payroll processing;
  • Screen resumes and cover letters for fit;
  • Help organize and execute in-person and remote cultural and bonding events;
  • Post and maintain job descriptions on our ATS (Workable);
  • Create processes to streamline onboarding and hiring of new employees;
  • Onboard new employees onto Kasa’s systems and accounts.

  • Prior experience in HR and/or recruitment;
  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university;
  • Exceptional strong written and verbal skills;
