Our company is looking for a Human Resources Internship to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Other assigned projects and tasks;
  • Partner with team members on the creation and editing of learning content creation (eLearning courses, Videos, etc.);
  • Create process and workflow documents to ensure consistency and accuracy within team operations;
  • Work with the HR team to streamline existing processes and help to implement new initiatives;
  • Assist team with developing reports on people analytics data;
  • Support the team with managing and enhancing the Learning Management System;
  • Work with HR team to evaluate positions, draft job descriptions and gather data for salary ranges;
  • Perform special projects, research, as needed for other ongoing projects;
  • Assist in the development and implementation of electronic system for Employee files;
  • Working with the HR team, develop and deliver and Employee Survey tool, compile and analyze results and make recommendation for next steps;
  • Work with our Applicant Tracking system to document processes and create training materials for external divisions.

Requirements:

  • Strong organizational and analytical skills;
  • Ability to work independently;
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills;
  • High attention to detail and well organized;
  • Strong interest in HR and/or Recruiting career path;
  • Current enrollment in a bachelor’s degree program with an emphasis in human resources or a related field required;
  • Highly motivated;
  • Proficiency in MS Office products;
  • Demonstrated leadership skills;
  • Ability to professionally and effectively interact with diverse populations;
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
