Human Resources Internship Job Description Template
Our company is looking for a Human Resources Internship to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Other assigned projects and tasks;
- Partner with team members on the creation and editing of learning content creation (eLearning courses, Videos, etc.);
- Create process and workflow documents to ensure consistency and accuracy within team operations;
- Work with the HR team to streamline existing processes and help to implement new initiatives;
- Assist team with developing reports on people analytics data;
- Support the team with managing and enhancing the Learning Management System;
- Work with HR team to evaluate positions, draft job descriptions and gather data for salary ranges;
- Perform special projects, research, as needed for other ongoing projects;
- Assist in the development and implementation of electronic system for Employee files;
- Working with the HR team, develop and deliver and Employee Survey tool, compile and analyze results and make recommendation for next steps;
- Work with our Applicant Tracking system to document processes and create training materials for external divisions.
Requirements:
- Strong organizational and analytical skills;
- Ability to work independently;
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills;
- High attention to detail and well organized;
- Strong interest in HR and/or Recruiting career path;
- Current enrollment in a bachelor’s degree program with an emphasis in human resources or a related field required;
- Highly motivated;
- Proficiency in MS Office products;
- Demonstrated leadership skills;
- Ability to professionally and effectively interact with diverse populations;
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
