Our company is looking for a Human Resources Representative to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Facilitate New Hire Orientation trainings to support onboarding of new associates;
- Partner closely with supervisors in assigned client group to advance their own development;
- May contribute to site (Chaska), Beckman Coulter (OpCo), or Danaher (Corporate) HR project teams and special assignments;
- Partner with Talent Acquisition team on the recruitment and selection process for specified roles;
- Lead special projects by establishing project action plans, seeking out needed resources / experts and executing against plans;
- Participate and support the delivery of a variety of HR projects and programs related to engagement, retention, and talent management;
- Proactively address workforce concerns by answering employee questions and/or facilitating the resolution of employee concerns.
Requirements:

- Experience maintaining files;
- Possess a Master’s degree or higher in Business or Human Resources discipline from an accredited institution;

- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Management, or similar is preferred;
- SHRM Certified Professional is preferred;
- At least 3 years’ experience in Human Resources;
- Possess a Bachelor’s degree or higher (completed and verified prior to start) from an accredited institution;
- Problem solving, performance management, forecasting, short and long-range planning, and conflict resolution skills.
