Our company is looking for a Inside Sales Support Representative to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Other duties as assigned;
  • Provide the highest level of customer service;
  • Clearly and concisely communicating across internal departments and with customers;
  • Balancing customer needs and company needs effectively;
  • Order entry and tracking;
  • Participate in the development of workflows surrounding specific customer procurement processes such as ServiceNow, Equallevel, Exostar, Ariba, etc;
  • Participate in meetings with sales representative(s) to discuss any projects, account issues, accounts receivable issues, inventory issues, etc;
  • Provide feedback to management for continual process improvement;
  • Perform at or exceed team and individual revenue and profit sales goals as assigned by manager(s);
  • Work with vendors on all product returns and cancellations, along with processing internal paperwork required;
  • Respond and assist customers that call in with a need or question;
  • Participate in proactive selling techniques such warm-calling to existing customers;
  • Assist Operations with the maintenance of inventory levels by working closely with distributors on project and order roll-out;
  • Participate in formal bids requests as required;
  • Weekly forecasting.

Requirements:

  • Ability to work under pressure;
  • Ability to multi-task;
  • Four year college degree or equivalent experience;
  • Self-directed, adaptable and positive;
  • Excellent verbal and written communication;
  • Outstanding customer (internal and external) service;
  • Willingness to work effectively in a team environment;
  • Detail oriented;
  • Demonstrated general knowledge of computers, networking, servers, storage components and configurations;
  • Proven ability to learn software and accounting programs;
  • Fully competent at Word, Excel;
  • Good time management skills.
