Our company is looking for a Instructional Design Intern to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Create graphics and visuals for e-learning & training content, infographics, social media posts, etc;
  • Some web design building out Cultura’s SharePoint site;
  • Collaborate with the Director of Talent and other business leaders to identify requirements needed for e-learning content curation;
  • Make recommendations to instructional design and employer branding strategies;
  • Perform ad-hoc projects as they are assigned;
  • Develops e-learning modules using text, graphics, animation, video, audio, and simulation elements;
  • Use Captivate by Adobe to develop the training;
  • Work to develop state of the art training for our internal and remote staff;
  • Develop and manage digital solutions for learning & development for Audit, Tax, and Advisory Businesses;
  • Leverage instructional design and multi-media skills to conceptualize, design, develop and deliver training modules and training courses;
  • Design and develop SCORM-compliant digital learning solutions;
  • Using instructional design principles and techniques, develop storyboards and scripts for digital learning solutions;
  • Ability to create a competency-based curriculum with learning paths;
  • Demonstrate expertise in using authoring tools such as Articulate, Rise, GOMO to create sophisticated adaptive learning content;
  • Works with subject matter experts and uses source materials to develop instructional content and identify appropriate instructional methods.

Requirements:

  • Currently enrolled in bachelor’s program for education, english, communications degree or equivalent;
  • + GPA Preferred;
  • A minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience;
  • Bachelor’s degree; Masters in Instructional Design, Corporate Training, Human Resource Development or other related field preferred;
  • Ability to manage multiple engagements, prioritize and meet strict deadlines;
  • Experience using Captivate by Adobe;
  • Experience with LMS (Learning Management Systems) Travitor preferred;
  • Ability to work independently and with a team;
  • Strong analytical, interviewing, research, organizational and problem-solving skills;
  • Graphic design and layout skills;
  • Exposure to Accounting or Finance preferred;
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
  • Experience creating instructional materials in all delivery formats is a must; samples of project work will be required.
