Insurance Customer Service Rep Job Description Template
Our company is looking for a Insurance Customer Service Rep to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Working knowledge of the agency’s core systems; EPIC and Insurance Carrier sites;
- Provides prompt, efficient, high quality service to designated accounts in support of Producer and Agency activities;
- Gathers policy information as needed for renewals, changes, quotation;
- Provides comparative quotes on designated prospects/accounts for Producers;
- Assists in the production of new accounts and retention of existing accounts;
- Manages incoming calls, customer contact, and documentation of information in EPIC.
Requirements:
- Must hold, or obtain within 3 months of hire, licensing in Property/Casualty and Life/Health;
- Strong customer service focus and enjoy working in a team environment;
- Strong verbal/written communication skills, accuracy and attention to detail;
- Phone / work experience in professional office setting;
- PC Skills.
