Our company is looking for a Inventory Clerk to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Other duties as assigned;
  • Assisting in inventory cycle counts;
  • Assisting in the staging and shipping of all orders;
  • Moving and arranging material in warehouse as needed;
  • Operating a cherry picker forklift;
  • Process and fill sales orders or jobs accurately and timely;
  • Maintains confidentiality regarding the company, products and customer information;
  • Keeps the Inventory Cage clean and neat at all times;
  • Works with the production team; Orders parts against the production schedule;
  • Monitors and maintains current inventory levels; processes purchasing orders as required; tracks orders and investigates problems;
  • Performs routine clerical duties, including data entry, answering telephones, and assisting customers;
  • Issues/ reconciles parts in/out of the ERP system;
  • Daily cycle counts;
  • Review and apply inventory activities, including movements and deletions;
  • Utilizes Negative Report to identify items in need of physical verification.

Requirements:

  • Should have the ability to work in a team;
  • Should possess time management skills and be able to meet targets;
  • Be able to lift a minimum of 50 lbs. and work in both a hot and cold warehouse environment;
  • Experience in operating basic warehouse equipment;
  • Ability to stand for extended periods of time and work in a non-air-conditioned environment;
  • Able to lift up to 60 pounds;
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
  • Valid driver’s license;
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel and Word);
  • Very strong attention to detail and ability to multitask;
  • High school diploma or equivalent, some college preferred;
  • Must be comfortable and proficient using forklifts, pallet jacks and scanners;
  • Previous relevant experience;
  • Well-developed administrative and organization skills;
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office.
