Inventory Control Coordinator Job Description Template
Our company is looking for a Inventory Control Coordinator to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain a clean, neat, and orderly work area;
- Perform system generated and manually generated cycle counts as assigned;
- Receive, release, reconcile, sort and store all available products/devices from sites;
- Break down and separate incoming customer returns and buybacks. Perform inspection, system receipt, and put away of returned inventory as directed;
- Pick, pack, ship and electronically transfer scanning request product from site to site;
- Perform additional duties and assist with special projects as assigned;
- Conduct product rotation according to Company policies and procedures;
- Perform research on discrepancies and errors as directed;
- Assist in maintaining the security and safety of the warehouse;
- Maintain accurate inventory locations and move inventory locations as required;
- Determine proper pack-out configuration to physically pack product for irradiation into coolers as per standard operating procedure;
- Perform stock checks as required;
- Transfer inventory both physically and electronically;
- Perform quarterly and regular cycle counts and reconciles discrepancies;
- Perform replenishment, including hot bin replenishment as assigned.
Requirements:
- Excellent investigative and computer skills;
- Effective verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills;
- 2+ years’ experience inventory control or warehouse management;
- High proficiency in MS Excel;
- Able to work independently as well as with others;
- Ability to successfully manage concurrent projects, multiple priorities, and meet deadlines;
- Dependable and organized;
- Demonstrated ability to work in a fast pace environment and comply with strict time frames and deadlines;
- Safety and hazardous waste/material handling including high risk returns requiring universal precautions;
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs;
- Minimum of 2 years of warehousing and/or inventory experience;
- Able to Stand for Long Periods of time;
- Fluent in English and S[Spanish preferred;
- Knowledge of various flower and plants is desirable;
- Well organized, professional, self-motivated, innovative, communicative.
