Our company is looking for a Licensed Real Estate Assistant to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Manage executive’s calendar, meeting coordination and communication, administrative projects, and tasks requiring logistical planning;
- Prepare all documentations relating to real estate transactions, such as offers, counteroffers, addenda, and listing agreements;
- Quality control and ensure all documentations relating to real estate transactions are accurate and complete;
- Prepare market analysis to help determine property value;
- Respond to requests for property information;
- Gather and research sales and rent comparables;
- Review financial statements and operating information;
- Create Lease Abstracts;
- Organize/Analyze Due Diligence materials;
- Prepare financial models for Commercial Real Estate valuations;
- Database management;
- Track market trends such as rental growth and development.
Requirements:
- Familiarity with California real estate contracts ( g ., PRDS and CARs forms);
- 2+ year of real estate experience and PRDs forms;
- Strong organizational skills that reflect ability to perform and prioritize multiple tasks seamlessly with excellent attention to detail;
- California real estate license required;
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
- Commitment to be flexible with work hours and work overtime as necessary;
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency with MS Word, Excel, and real estate databases;
- Self-starter;
- Works well under deadlines;
- Good analytical skills;
- Must be proficient with Microsoft Excel;
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal;
- Have a team-player attitude;
- Ability to handle sensitive material and maintain the highest level of confidentiality;
- Must be detail-oriented and highly organized.
