Manager, Strategy & Analytics Job Description Template
Our company is looking for a Manager, Strategy & Analytics to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with Sales and Customer Success management to monitor key operational and performance metrics;
- Drive adoption of analytics tools and best practices;
- Explore strategic questions and analyze performance data to inform territory, headcount, and selling strategy needs;
- Coordinate with system admins and data engineers by being the qualitative expert on our account and user data;
- Manage a team of analysts that supports the Sales and Customer Success organizations.
Requirements:
- Minimum of three years’ ex perience preferred;
- Bachelors or advanced degree in Statistics, Economics, Business, Math, or Sciences is preferred;
- Ability to manage and prioritize competing projects and deliverables;
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
- Excellent written, oral, and prese ntation communication abilities;
- Bachelor’s degree, ideally in a technical or quantitative field;
- Strong leadership and communication skills;
- Understanding of statistics and hypothesis testing;
- Experience with modern data warehousing and data visualization tools;
- Detail-oriented, organized, and a good team player;
- Experience in management consulting or product management;
- Able to think strategically and tackle open-ended problems;
- 3+ years of data analysis experience;
- Master’s degree in a technical or quantitative field;
- Strong SQL proficiency and ability to work with data at scale (tables with millions of records).
