Responsibilities:

  • 5+ years of Applicant Tracking System experience;
  • 5+ years of experience conducting competency and behavioral based interviews;
  • 2+ years of experience developing and executing sourcing methodologies to include: market mapping, recruitment strategies and Boolean searches;
  • Bachelor’s degree;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and a collaborative team spirit;
  • Strong work ethic, integrity and personal accountability;
  • Strong business acumen and a positive work vibe with the team;
  • Bachelor’s degree with at least 5 years of experience required;
  • Ability to adapt in a fast-paced, continually evolving environment using proven time management skills and working with a strong sense of urgency;
  • Expertise in attracting, selling, and negotiating the opportunity to work for one of the world’s most innovative car companies.
