Responsibilities:
- Manually open mail and sort of contents based on procedures;
- Process customer payments via 10-key pad;
- Provide general clerical support in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment;
- Operate high speed mail opening equipment;
- Basic proficiency in Excel to input customer data;
- Complete change of address orders;
- Distribute copies to appropriate departments;
- Identify different types of mail and sort, log and prepare envelopes for the extraction area;
- Print and file purchase orders to maintain accurate customer files;
- Utilize strong attention to detail to set up sales orders and purchase orders for invoicing.
Requirements:
- MSOffice computer proficiency;
- Excellent attention to detail while working in a fast-paced environment;
- Recent, relevant office support experience;
- Strong Time management skills.
