  • Process customer payments via 10-key pad;
  • Provide general clerical support in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment;
  • Operate high speed mail opening equipment;
  • Basic proficiency in Excel to input customer data;
  • Complete change of address orders;
  • Distribute copies to appropriate departments;
  • Identify different types of mail and sort, log and prepare envelopes for the extraction area;
  • Print and file purchase orders to maintain accurate customer files;
  • Utilize strong attention to detail to set up sales orders and purchase orders for invoicing.

Requirements:

  • MSOffice computer proficiency;
  • Excellent attention to detail while working in a fast-paced environment;
  • Recent, relevant office support experience;
  • Strong Time management skills.
