Our company is looking for a Part Time Front Desk Receptionist to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Abide by company policy and departmental best practices and procedures;
  • High manufacturer CSI customer satisfaction survey scores is a must, you’re part of this process and review;
  • Obtain insurance information from patients and verify benefits prior to their appointment;
  • Able to multi-task and prioritize;
  • Enter patient information into the Electronic Health Record and ensure files are accurate/updated;
  • Make copies, assemble deal jackets, other administrative duties as needed;
  • Check office voicemail, return calls and forward to other team members as necessary;
  • Maintain a professional appearance and workspace;
  • Must be able to work with and jump between multiple programs/systems to best assist our clients with their service needs;
  • Assist patients in scheduling appointments and ensure optimal flow;
  • Assists clients by answering questions or connecting them to the correct party in the dealership;
  • Answer phones and direct incoming calls to appropriate destinations;
  • Effectively communicate client issues with dealership employees via text, email, and/or phone;
  • Manage the waiting area and amenities. Ensure that the snack area is always clean and fully stocked;
  • Greet patients with a positive, helpful attitude; provide exceptional customer service.

Requirements:

  • All applicants must be able to demonstrate ability to pass pre-employment testing to include background checks, MVR, drug test, and credit report;
  • All applicants must be authorized to work in the USA;
  • Experience in a customer service field is preferred;
  • All applicants must have reliable transportation to allow you to get to work on time;
  • Good time management skills;
  • Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from managers, clients, customers and the general public;
  • Attention to detail;
  • Ability to write simple reports and correspondence;
  • Medical customer service experience preferred, but not required;
  • Consistent, professional dress and manner;
  • Able to contribute positively as part of a team, assisting others as needed;
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
