Our company is looking for a Part Time Receptionist to join our team.


  • Other duties as assigned;
  • Projects utilizing Word and Excel;
  • Act as point of contact for travel arrangements while aligning communication with multiple offices;
  • Pulling files;
  • You will help recruiting with candidate experience and day one setup;
  • Communicate with callers in a professional, friendly and efficient manner, striving to minimize the amount of time customers spend on hold;
  • High school graduate or equivalent required;
  • Assisting clients and candidates with basic questions and needs over the phone and in person;
  • Must use discretion and independent judgment when performing job duties;
  • Serving as telephone and clerical back-up;
  • Updating and monitoring internal staff calendars;
  • Must have computer skills in word processing;
  • Check microwaves weekly and clean as needed;
  • Determining incoming phone call needs and transferring to the correct department;
  • Minimum of two years of experience in public relations, customer service, or related area required.


  • Individuals employed in this position must be able to stand, sit and mobilize through various dealership work areas (sometimes for extended periods);
  • Minimum 1-3 years medical office experience requested but not required;
  • Must be able to work in evenings from 3:30pm to 8:00pm;
  • Knowledge of, and appreciation for HYPEBEAST culture and trends in fashion, art, and design is a plus;
  • Ability to communicate customers’ interests needs and requests to management and sales personnel;
  • Other duties as assigned;
  • Must be a go-getter with a friendly and energetic attitude, and an ability to work cross-functionally at Medium;
  • Demonstrates caring and compassionate nature;
  • Be adaptable and comfortable with change and ambiguity;
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word and Excel);
  • 2 professional business references;
  • Willingness to help out in areas outside of defined role;
  • Phone Skills;
  • Candidate must be a team player, have a positive outlook and excellent problem solving skills;
  • Experience working in high-call volume environment.
