Responsibilities:

  • Maintain relations with the medical providers we work with;
  • Copying, scanning, faxing, filing;
  • Take down client messages for legal staff;
  • Report daily news to lead attorney;
  • Overseeing internal and external correspondence; meetings, presentations, and reports;
  • Organize and manage appointments or meetings;
  • Acting as a true gatekeeper, anticipating incoming emails and phone calls;
  • Correspond with clients and customers in a professional manner;
  • Assist with maintaining an organized office environment;
  • Payroll;
  • Management and organization of personal art collection, cataloguing of works and movement of pieces;
  • Prepare reports, presentations and briefs;
  • Support any ad hoc projects/tasks that pop up sporadically;
  • Occasional errand running/personal shopping;
  • Book extensive and very detailed travel without assistance of travel agency.

Requirements:

  • Have the upmost of confidentiality and discretion;
  • Experience working with high net worth individuals;
  • Seasonally organize clothing and closets. Maintain appearance of footwear, clothing and outwear as required;
  • Supervise, interview, hire and arrange for payment and insurance for all household staff;
  • Perform personal shopping requirements as needed;
  • In conjunction with the executive office, manage drivers for personal use;
  • Manage all bill payment and insurance for all family properties;
  • Bachelors Degree;
  • Make family travel arrangements including flight, hotel, passport processing, visas etc;
  • Book extensive and very detailed travel without assistance of travel agency;
  • Occasional errand running/personal shopping;
  • Vendor and contractor management;
  • Support any ad hoc projects/tasks that pop up sporadically;
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills;
  • Management and organization of personal art collection, cataloguing of works and movement of pieces.
