- Supervise, interview, hire and arrange for payment and insurance for all household staff;
- Perform personal shopping requirements as needed;
- In conjunction with the executive office, manage drivers for personal use;
- Manage all bill payment and insurance for all family properties;

- Make family travel arrangements including flight, hotel, passport processing, visas etc;
