Post Production Coordinator Job Description Template
Our company is looking for a Post Production Coordinator to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Plan and oversee set press visits;
- Work as the right hand of the department VP, Communications;
- Act as the lead PR Executive in LA in dealing with producers, talent and media; developing specific and detailed show strategies;
- Manage show budgets and oversee other employees and agencies;
- Pitch, book, and cover interviews (both via phone and in-person);
- Oversee the LA Communications team;
- Write and edit press materials; develop talking points and drafting remarks/speeches;
- Asset Coordination Maintain Physical and Digital Assets across all of Marvel Studios Theatrical and Streaming projects;
- Works alongside VFX department to coordinate applicable inventories;
- Manage Warehouse organization systems.
Requirements:
- Strong organizational skills, ability to multi-task and organize multiple project, with excellent follow thru and communication on status of tasks;
- Communication skills to interface with 3rd party vendors, internal executives and staff in a collaborative and problem-solving fashion;
- Ability to work hours from 9 AM to 7 PM on regular basis; and on occasion may need to work additional hours depending on workflow demands.
