Program Administrative Assistant Job Description Template
Our company is looking for a Program Administrative Assistant to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Maintains a calendar of activities, meetings, and various events for CEO and COO as directed;
- Operates and maintains a variety of office equipment including copiers, facsimile machine, computer and scanner;
- Establishes and maintains various filing systems, schedules, and records; files correspondence, reports, contracts, etc;
- Prepares reports, letters, memoranda, correspondence and other documents;
- Screens office calls & visitors; receives, sorts and distributes mail; provides information & assistance;
- Other duties as assigned;
- Serves as primary contact with outside service agencies;
- Ensures that all required supplies are available as needed and that the office and equipment are in proper working order;
- Maintains database of prospective clients and actively seeks current RFP / RFQ;
- Coordinates the physical and equipment space requirements for the office including telephones and computer.
Requirements:
- Strong oral and written communication skills;
- Ability to work without direct supervision;
- Exceptional ability to represent the Company favorably;
- Strong computer skills (MS Office).
