Our company is looking for a Program Administrative Assistant to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintains a calendar of activities, meetings, and various events for CEO and COO as directed;
  • Operates and maintains a variety of office equipment including copiers, facsimile machine, computer and scanner;
  • Establishes and maintains various filing systems, schedules, and records; files correspondence, reports, contracts, etc;
  • Prepares reports, letters, memoranda, correspondence and other documents;
  • Screens office calls & visitors; receives, sorts and distributes mail; provides information & assistance;
  • Other duties as assigned;
  • Serves as primary contact with outside service agencies;
  • Ensures that all required supplies are available as needed and that the office and equipment are in proper working order;
  • Maintains database of prospective clients and actively seeks current RFP / RFQ;
  • Coordinates the physical and equipment space requirements for the office including telephones and computer.

Requirements:

  • Strong oral and written communication skills;
  • Ability to work without direct supervision;
  • Exceptional ability to represent the Company favorably;
  • Strong computer skills (MS Office).
