Our company is looking for a Quality Customer Service Representative to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate engineering evaluation support including maintaining the database, moving materials for testing, closure, and scrap certificate generation;
  • Use critical thinking and problem solving skills to resolve customer related issues;
  • Implement new procedures and techniques to improve processes including training and assisting other employees;
  • Communicate effectively with customers and the RG team to resolve questions, problems, and escalate complex issues;
  • Process return material authorizations (RMA) for returned products from customers and returned to stock;
  • Responsible for accuracy of all entries for client services and sales;
  • Maintains training abilities for clients and consumers;
  • Follow directions and work as a team;
  • Responsible for accuracy of all paperwork that arrives for assigned accounts;
  • Plan, coordinate, and run five 15‐person outreach shifts per week;
  • Create all in office projects and classroom training products;
  • Learning basic customer service techniques and client services to help with problem shooting;
  • Comfort working with iPads and tablet based software;
  • Must be pleasant, professional, detailed communication skills and Outlook skills;
  • Analyze the profitability and efficiency of the team.

Requirements:

  • Attention to detail;
  • Previous customer experience providing service quotations, sales order generation, and open order parts status reporting upstream;
  • 2+ years’ experience in MRP (Materials Requirement Planning) in a large ERP (i.e. SAP);
  • Previous experience with quality management in a manufacturing environment;
  • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft office suite of products;
  • Able to communicate clearly in English (verbal and written);
  • Professional Business Attire and Training Ability;
  • Must be able to follow directions and work as a team;
  • Must be knowledgeable with Microsoft Office;
  • Ability to prioritize tasks effectively and execute quickly;
  • The position could involve standing for long periods of time throughout the day;
  • Superior organizational skills – able to manage multiple priorities simultaneously;
  • Must have strong oral communication skills.
