Our company is looking for a Receptionist/Admin to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Receiving and responding to routine correspondence;
  • Provide other administrative support as required: typing, filing, photocopying, binding books, and preparing mailers;
  • May operate as part of the front desk relief rotation and mail rotation as needed;
  • Receives and sends packages via couriers;
  • Greets and directs visitors;
  • Produces proposals using templates;
  • Creating and working with spreadsheets using basic calculations;
  • Maintains boardroom schedule and equipment;
  • Maintains visitor log and/or call record, provides security passes/badges, typing, filing or other simple clerical functions;
  • Provides general administrative support to a department or group of professionals including: Creating presentations using templates;
  • Business Need: Current person is leaving for another opportunity;
  • Scanning;
  • Tracking and coordinating Continuing Professional education;
  • Generates and assembles reports;
  • Provides information and answers the telephone or console switchboard.

Requirements:

  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills;
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks;
  • Effective organization & time management skills;
  • Strong attention to detail;
  • Demonstrates a working knowledge of the technology tools required within assigned responsibilities;
  • Prior office experience preferred;
  • Ability to adapt to an ever changing environment;
  • 0-2 years’ experience in related field or area;
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills;
  • Intermediate Microsoft Office skills;
  • High School Diploma or GED;
  • Detail oriented;
  • Ability to manage multiple items and prioritize appropriately;
  • Ability to keep information organized and confidential;
  • Previous experience with computer applications, such as Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
