Our company is looking for a Receptionist/Concierge to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Keeps daily record of residents leaving and returning to community;
  • Greets and assists visitors along with assisting in maintaining the lobby area;
  • Assist in scheduling and confirming sales appointments;
  • Work cooperatively with the sales and other internal teams;
  • Arrangement of in-house meetings to include set up and breakdown/cleanup of breakfast and lunch catering;
  • Assist Office Manager as needed with admin duties as time allows;
  • Keeps informed about community events, special scheduling and other daily functions;
  • Answers main-line switchboard; answers questions, takes messages and routes calls as required;
  • Monitors designated emergency panels; alerts appropriate staff for concerns and occurrences;
  • Manage conference room scheduling, catering, refreshments, and cleanliness;
  • Type memos, correspondence, reports, and other documents;
  • Other duties as assigned;
  • Manage conference room scheduling, ensure they are kept tidy and clean at all times;
  • Communicate with callers and visitors in a professional, friendly, and efficient manner;
  • May provide administrative support across community as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Punctual nature and ability to handle schedule flexibility and dynamic work environment;
  • Professional appearance and eager to improve on all aspects;
  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record;
  • BA preferred;
  • 1+ year’s experience in a receptionist and/or administrative assistant role;
  • Prior hospitality experience;
  • Strong experience using Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook.
