Our company is looking for a Rental Coordinator to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain a working knowledge competitor’s practices and rental rates;
  • Foster customer relations to improve customer loyalty and satisfaction;
  • Must wear company provided uniform (shirt) when performing the above mentioned job functions;
  • Other duties as assigned;
  • Maintain a record of all unfilled (lost) rental requests;
  • Answer telephones and process rental requests;
  • Complete rental invoicing;
  • Assist in the preparation of rental reports as assigned;
  • Responsibility for maintaining inventory control and security including frequent inventory counts using Imetrix barcode system.

Requirements:

  • Respond to customer inquiries regarding equipment & Allies products;
  • Research equipment, parts or Allied products to meet specialized customer requirements;
  • Coordinate with shop staff regarding repair status and availability of equipment;
  • Clear and Valid Driver’s License;
  • Support sales staff demonstration and sales agreements;
  • Assist with customers when necessary;
  • Experience and Several Years Knowledge in the Rental Business;
  • Maintain adequate product knowledge of equipment & Allied products;
  • Computer Experience;
  • Answer telephone and direct calls to correct individuals or departments;
  • Develop sales proposals and/or presentations from customer inquiries;
  • Reconcile electronic charge transactions;
  • Schedule, dispatch and route vehicles for transport of equipment and Allied products.
