Our company is looking for a Sales Intern to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Observe and interact with branch personnel to understand the details and reason for the company distribution process;
  • Contribute to generating new business through in-depth research of industries, companies, and contacts for the sales team;
  • Work closely and collaboratively with the sales teams to meet sales goals;
  • Assist with sales/marketing projects as needed;
  • Engage prospective customers in common sense business conversations;
  • Willingness to adhere to activity and reporting requirements;
  • Pitch our services to potential customers;
  • Works well under pressure and is adaptable to change;
  • Work discipline;
  • Provide input on customer briefs, presentations, and sales literature;
  • Effectively contributes and thrives in a collaborative, team-oriented work environment;
  • Obtain contact details of potential customers from sources including telephone directories and purchased lists;
  • Contribute to selling and marketing strategies in the Corda platform enterprise software solutions portfolio;
  • Other projects TBD;
  • Participate in an intensive 2-week sales training program.

Requirements:

  • Assist in product resets and customer product training;
  • Build and replenish all displays;
  • Deliver product to accounts as needed;
  • The desire to meet and exceed goals;
  • Capacity to work well under pressure.;
  • Excitement about a fast-paced, challenging environment with a culture of winning;
  • Able to sit, stand, climb stairs and walk for long periods of time;
  • You’ll be a student studying towards an appropriate university degree with a keen interest in Blockchain technology;
  • Other duties as required by business needs or as assigned;
  • Excellent organizational and team player skills;
  • Must be able to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds;
  • Must conduct self in a professional manner, with tact, business etiquette Communicating with High Level Corporate V.I.P’s;
  • Willingness to learn, listen to feedback, and ask questions;
  • Proactive, conscientious, self-motivated and goal oriented individual with excellent written and verbal communication skills;
  • Must be able to lift and move up to 10 pounds.
