Our company is looking for a Seasonal Customer Service Representative to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Accomplishes sales and organization mission by completing related results as needed;
- Establish policies by entering client information; confirming pricing;
- Maintain communication equipment by reporting problems;
- Obtain client information by answering telephone calls; interviewing clients; verifying information;
- Update job knowledge by studying new product descriptions; participating in educational opportunities;
- Determine eligibility by comparing client information to requirements;
- Inform clients by explaining procedures; answering questions; providing information;
- Maintain and improves quality results by adhering to standards and guidelines; recommending improved procedures;
- Process orders, prepare correspondence and fulfill customer needs;
- Solve customer issues in a courteous, friendly and professional manner;
- Assist the customer in enrolling in product/service offerings;
- Respond to customer inquiries with expertise, product recommendations, and tact.
Requirements:
- Standard Connection and Speed Hard-wired connection (no wireless) Minimum 10 mbps download / Minimum 3 mbps upload;
- Must have a reliable Internet connection (hardwired connection preferred);
- Customer Focus;
- Must have a landline or VOIP with headset capabilities;
- Hard Drive 20 GB or more of available space 60 GB or more of total space;
- Phone Skills;
- At least 1 year of Customer Service experience (preferred);
- Customer Service;
- Maximum Latency Threshold 120 milliseconds (ms);
- Memory 4 GB of RAM or better;
- Must have a Laptop or desktop PC that meets the requirements below;
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
- Customer service and/or sales experience a plus;
- Sports background is a huge plus;
- Punctuality and consistent work attendance.
