Our company is looking for a Senior Administrative Assistant to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • interface with personnel at all levels of Irvine based staff;
  • Assists in the care and maintenance of office equipment;
  • Schedules legal depositions, legal meetings, and legal telephone conferences. Maintains correspondence for legal matters;
  • Develops, implements and maintains complex filing systems and records as required;
  • Completes or assists credentialing department with hospital appointment and reappointment applications;
  • Processes corrections to dictation;
  • Review and recommend changes to our company policies;
  • Distributes and monitor taskings, data calls and coordinating troubleshoot requests;
  • Coordinate new hire onboarding, and may back-up other administrative assistants;
  • Maintain a clean orderly office area;

  • Input and maintain budgets, process invoices and order supplies for the department;
