Senior Administrator Job Description Template
Our company is looking for a Senior Administrator to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Track daily attendance and leave requests for the Division/Branch employees and ensure they are on calendar;
- Reserve meetings for conference room(s);
- Schedule/track personnel counseling’s and appraisals;
- Other duties as assigned by Division/Branch Chief;
- Prepare and route memo(s) in accordance with AR 25-50 formatting guidelines to proper Team/Individuals;
- Update and manage calendar(s);
- Track all FY mandatory training requirements for assigned personnel;
- Handle incoming telephone calls for the office;
- Check Division/Branch post mailbox daily, deliver correspondence for signature, process delegation of authority documents;
- Submit and track supply orders through the appropriate office(s), track Division/Branch taskers;
- Ensure Division/Branch Chiefs travel training requirements are current (SERE, ISOPREP, Ant-Terrorism etc.).
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field;
- Knowledge of LBNL and/or UC policies and procedures.
