Our company is looking for a Sr. Admin Assistant to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborating with Technology for AV needs;
  • Filing meeting notes in binders and online;
  • Reconcile expenses;
  • Food orders and set-up;
  • Oversee all travel bookings, reservations, and logistics;
  • Collaborate with other Executive Assistants on the Team and provide back-up coverage as needed;
  • Assembling meeting documents, prep notes, financial/economic data as necessary;
  • greeting guests;
  • Heavy calendar management and meeting planning, includes;
  • Interacting with Management & Brokers to schedule meetings;
  • Reserving conference rooms;
  • Careful attention to time constraints when scheduling meetings offsite;
  • Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred, equivalent work experience will be considered.

Requirements:

  • Proficient with Microsoft Office;
  • Ability to handle confidential matters with discretion;
  • Ability to communicate in clear language both verbally & in writing;
  • Strong attention to detail;
  • Financial Services experience;
  • Ability to interact with internal and external executives;
  • Positive attitude and professional demeanor;
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize;
  • Positive independent judgment and initiative;
  • Ability to remain calm and flexible with respect to deadlines;
  • Excellent organization, time management, and interpersonal skills.
