Our company is looking for a Studio Coordinator to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform reception duties by greeting and assisting guests, sorting mail, answering the main phone line and sorting generic inbound emails;
  • Provide an executive summary of priority items for weekly or daily execution;
  • Together with the Operations Manager and Discipline leads, you help prepare the onboarding experience for a new joiner;
  • Research vendors or services that would improve office operations as directed;
  • You navigate different calendars and conflicting timeslots as you organize and schedule interviews for the hiring team and the candidate;
  • Follow requisition procedure as directed by Finance team including approvals and budgeting;
  • You research and help prepare recruitment events, both in-studio and externally;
  • You are the welcoming face of AREA 17 for candidates. You make sure they feel welcome and at ease going into their interviews;
  • You assist with HR-related matters, like preparing documentation, researching benefit options and sending out surveys;
  • Coordinating team building activities, recognition programs, happy hours, and inhouse events;
  • Resolve scheduling conflicts;
  • Book client and cross-office travel. Ensure budget parameters and expense policies are followed as directed by Finance and Leadership;
  • Perform IT support and troubleshooting including Internet connectivity, Printer, audiovisual equipment;
  • Administer and track company property including software accounts, company property (keys, access codes, desks, computers);
  • Ensure studio is fully stocked with all necessary supplies to do work (kitchen, office, electronics).

Requirements:

  • 2 years of college;
  • Familiarity with commercial photography studio or related business;
  • Minimum of 2 years’ reception or administrative assistance.
