Our company is looking for a Summer Intern to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Provide assistance to the business in the execution of their daily tasks;
- Deliver through established processes, systems and procedures ensuring work standards and requirements are met;
- Support jurisdictional analysis, negotiation, and permitting and/or zoning requirements;
- Learn Finance, Marketing, and other viable skills to run business;
- Support of senior project team members across site development organizational functions;
- Proactively identify new opportunities to secure partnership;
- Other tasks as assigned;
- Lead Marketing efforts;
- Analyze data and present in a format that aids decision making;
- Structured Credit;
- Quantitative Strategies;
- Other office work as assigned;

Requirements:
- Candidates should be pursuing a degree in Business, Real Estate, Finance, Accounting, Economics, and/or Marketing;
- Strong oral and written communication skills;
- Must currently be enrolled in college/university;
- Have US work authorization;
- Minimum of High School diploma or General Education Diploma required;
- An energetic and ambitious personality is a MUST;
- Proficiency in MS Office, Revit, AutoCAD, InDesign, Photoshop and Sketch Up;
- Knowledge of basic descriptive statistics;
- Interest in Insurance industry or related field;
- Ability to analyze problems and identify alternative solutions, applying appropriate Urban Science methodology;
- Minimum 3.0 cumulative GPA; additional requirements may apply;
- Underwriting;
- Communication – ability to clearly state need and purpose and communicate with all levels within the organization;
- Ability to prioritize competing demands, manage multiple concurrent tasks and adapt to changing priorities;
