Our company is looking for a Systems Support Analyst 4 to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Working with partner application teams to ensure we have a smooth transition of changes into our production environments;
  • Keep the support teams and leadership up to date on significant incidents and any changes to our Platform services;
  • Establishing, work and facilitate EACO issues until their resolution;
  • Ensuring service quality and cost-effectiveness of platform for the supported applications;
  • Facilitating relationships with other enterprise and CIO infrastructure and development teams;
  • Promote the APMS Platform Target Operating Model with the Application and Business teams;
  • Participate in sponsored initiatives, special projects, critical efforts and other projects as needed;
  • Creating and maintaining a playbook and incident knowledgebase for supported applications.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of systems support analysis experience;
  • 4+ years of experience with SMTP backbone systems interfacing with enterprise level email systems;
  • 3+ years of patch management experience.
