Our company is looking for a Systems Support Analyst to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Manages the on-site technologies within each offices;
  • Ensures RTO and RPO Requirements are met;
  • Conducts regular audits of access, permissions, rights based on data classification;
  • Manages the delivery of all projects under direct supervision;
  • Provides leadership to technical systems support projects within a technology organization;
  • Ensures a high level of service and support to the client;
  • Identifies and elevates any issues that may result in data loss, corruption and intrusions;
  • Liaises with Management from each office to ensure that their technology needs are being met;
  • Monitors and proactively remediates any developing issues;
  • Provides end-user technical support.

Requirements:

  • Provides end-user technical support;
  • Have successfully completed related post-secondary education;
  • Liaises with Management from each office to ensure that their technology needs are being met;
  • Monitors and proactively remediates any developing issues;
  • Identifies and elevates any issues that may result in data loss, corruption and intrusions;
  • Ensures a high level of service and support to the client;
  • Prior experience in technology infrastructure within a multi office, multi-country setting environment;
  • Manages the on-site technologies within each offices;
  • Ensures RTO and RPO Requirements are met;
  • Conducts regular audits of access, permissions, rights based on data classification;
  • Membership in a Relevant professional association is considered an asset;
  • Manages the delivery of all projects under direct supervision.
