Talent Sourcer Job Description Template
Our company is looking for a Talent Sourcer to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Measure conversion rates, including numbers of passive candidates who turn into applicants, get invited to interviews, get offers and get hired;
- Research and target new talent sourcing channels, constantly working to uncover new hidden talent;
- Research and gather market intelligence. Understand and execute against shifts in the marketplace that present recruiting opportunities;
- Regularly track pipeline activity to share with internal stakeholders;
- Act as KN brand ambassador- get the candidate excited during the initial reach out;
- Strategize different ways, build and maintain talent pipelines for KN’s business critical and strategically important roles;
- Recommend and drive improvements that impact local pipeline areas Responsibilities;
- Work with business leaders and recruiters in understanding the KN talent needs;
- Find creative ways to get candidates attention during initial reach-out stages;
- Ensure candidate information and data is in our ATS;
- Create an exceptional candidate experience and be Coupa’s brand ambassador;
- Conduct phone interviews;
- Achieve an individual MBO;
- Screen candidates for availability, interest level, salary range, relocation needs, etc;
- Collaborating with recruiters and hiring managers to prioritize hiring needs and identify a diverse set of candidates for each job.
Requirements:
- Solid written and verbal communication skills;
- Strong metrics and verbal presentation on project status and candidate reviews with recruiters and hiring managers;
- Ability to manage time effectively;
- Ability to positively present our company and open roles to potential candidates;
- A growth mindset and comfort with change;
- BA/BS Degree required;
- Boolean, LinkedIn and alternative search techniques and tools;
- Ability to prioritize and complete projects within deadline;
- Demonstrated success in a quota-carrying role;
- Available to work from HQ in San Mateo;
- Sourcing or recruiting coordinator experience;
- Proven ability to screen candidates and work with hiring managers;
- BA/BS Degree or equivalent experience;
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
- Strong understanding of Coupa culture – this needs to be reflected to and searched for in our candidate.
