Our company is looking for a Technical Specialist to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Effectively communicate project expectations to team members and stakeholders in a timely and clear fashion;
  • Provide quality control for program and project deliverables;
  • Break down design into clearly defined, manageable work items;
  • Prepare project status reports using established standards for project reporting and documentation;
  • Able to articulate product and mechanical solutions to customers and sales representatives;
  • Responsible to support corporate account managers as assigned to manage key performance indicators and drive results;
  • Document the program and project deliverables as assigned;
  • Able to convey customer requirements to Product Management teams;
  • Assisting with coordination of the technical work efforts and ensuring deliverables are met;
  • Design SharePoint and web-based solutions to support Transit, Central and District business processes;
  • Prioritize and track progress on work items and deliverables;
  • Consult with clients to prototype, refine, test, and debug applications and processes to meet needs;
  • Responsible for representing the company and products to customers and at events such as conferences, seminars, etc;
  • Oversee the overall planning, coordination, execution, and completion of assigned projects and strategic initiatives;
  • Consult with management to review project proposals, risk analysis, and resources needed to accomplish projects.

Requirements:

  • Communication;
  • Minimum of 4 years’ experience Security Vulnerability Remediation;
  • VSAM file processing (Required 10 Years);
  • Communication and Interpersonal skills; Teamwork and leadership;
  • Ability to present treatment recommendation in both oral and written communications;
  • IMS DB/DC (Required 10 Years);
  • Working knowledge of NCDOT Transit and Encroachment business processes;
  • Critical thinking/problem solving;
  • Knowledge of basic chemistry, biochemistry, and biology principles;
  • SharePoint designer experience with Microsoft SharePoint lists, libraries and content types;
  • Excellent organizational and presentation skills;
  • Designing and testing SharePoint and web based content management solutions;
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including ability to explain business processes to IT users and IT applications to business users;
  • Extensive experience with Microsoft SharePoint as a designer;
  • Working knowledge of application development life cycle.
