Technical Supervisor Job Description Template
Our company is looking for a Technical Supervisor to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- On call for Space and Equipment needs;
- Provides music editing services for Patel Conservatory and Next Generation Ballet productions;
- Monitors the Conservatory Calendar including TECO and classroom spaces and alerts appropriate departments; assists with resolving space conflicts;
- Oversees storage areas and provides alternate storage solutions as required;
- Develops and maintains standard operating procedures (SOPs) for area of responsibility;
- Manages equipment and supply inventories; purchases necessary items within budget constraints;
- Creates or acquires sound effects and sets-up QLabs for Education productions as requested;
- Other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Be able to work a full-time but flexible schedule;
- Able to read and write in English;
- Enjoy working with others and taking direction when needed;
- Have dependable transportation to and from job site;
- Have a strong work ethic with reliability and dependability;
- Maintain a friendly and customer service oriented approach to co-workers and customers;
- Provide own clothing: jeans, collared shirt with closed-toed sturdy shoes;
- Valid driver’s license;
- Be able to lift and move up to 50 lbs. periodically during shift when necessary;
- HS or higher degree.
