Transactional Legal Secretary Job Description Template
Our company is looking for a Transactional Legal Secretary to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Submit and track attorney expense reports;
- Assist corporate team with task and project management preparing corporate formation documents, stock transfer and stock ledgers;
- Handle all timekeeping for 4:1 desk;
- Review and revise billing memos; and prepare monthly billing letters;
- Electronically transmit legal documents, calendar appointments and make travel arrangements via Outlook.
Requirements:
- prior experience as an Executive Assistance to attorneys is a must;
- Corporate and M&A experience preferred but not required;
- Type 70+ WPM;
- Most desired quality: resourceful and open to training opportunities/learning experiences as needed to support assigned attorneys is.
