Our company is looking for a Transactional Legal Secretary to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Submit and track attorney expense reports;
  • Assist corporate team with task and project management preparing corporate formation documents, stock transfer and stock ledgers;
  • Handle all timekeeping for 4:1 desk;
  • Review and revise billing memos; and prepare monthly billing letters;
  • Electronically transmit legal documents, calendar appointments and make travel arrangements via Outlook.

Requirements:

  • prior experience as an Executive Assistance to attorneys is a must;
  • Corporate and M&A experience preferred but not required;
  • Type 70+ WPM;
  • Most desired quality: resourceful and open to training opportunities/learning experiences as needed to support assigned attorneys is.
