Our company is looking for a Activity Aide to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Run the assigned activities programs, monitor residents at all times;
  • Works with volunteers by providing support and direction;
  • Helps setup, dismantle and store activity supplies and seasonal decorations;
  • Cleans up after each activity, leaving the room clean and neat;
  • Must answer resident call lights in a timely manner;
  • Assists residents, monitors their safety during group activities;
  • Assists the Activities Director in the planning, development and implementation of resident activities;
  • Transport residents to and from activities as needed;
  • Invites and encourages all residents to attend programs as appropriate;
  • Work schedule may include some weekends, evenings and holidays;
  • Will be responsible for documentation and record keeping of resident activity participation.

Requirements:

  • CNA Licensed or NA Certificate;
  • Acceptable State of Hawaii eCrim report and Field-print background check;
  • Proof of 2-Step and current TB Clearance (within a year);
  • Current CPR and First Aid Certification (No Online CPR);
  • Physical Exam (within a year);
  • Must be 18 years of age and HSD or equivalent;
  • FT & PT Hours Available,- Days, Evenings & Weekends Hours;
