Our company is looking for a Appointment Coordinator to join our team.


  • Work with outside sales reps to cross generate leads;
  • Smile as you pick up the phone;
  • Participate in team and process development sessions – keeping positive relationships with teammates, sales teams and dealership management;
  • Provides a daily printout of all scheduled appointments to Manager and Consultants;
  • Meeting all quotas for cold, active, and inactive calls;
  • Answering potential customer questions and follow-up call questions;
  • Educating customers on our energy savings programs/services by following sales scripts;
  • Verify customer concern and reassure them we will resolve the issue;
  • If they are asking for an appointment: Retrieve customer information in the system;
  • Create schedules and appointments for the Energy Specialist Representative;
  • Set up a convenient time for the customer to have their repairs completed including the best day and time available;
  • Review service history and recommendations;
  • Assist guests with service reservations, dealership information requests, basic troubleshooting, and general vehicle information;
  • Provide customers with initial product information and direct them to the appropriate dealership resources;
  • Keeps work area neat and clean.
