Our company is looking for a Appointment Coordinator to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Work with outside sales reps to cross generate leads;
- Smile as you pick up the phone;
- Participate in team and process development sessions – keeping positive relationships with teammates, sales teams and dealership management;
- Provides a daily printout of all scheduled appointments to Manager and Consultants;
- Meeting all quotas for cold, active, and inactive calls;
- Answering potential customer questions and follow-up call questions;
- Educating customers on our energy savings programs/services by following sales scripts;
- Verify customer concern and reassure them we will resolve the issue;
- If they are asking for an appointment: Retrieve customer information in the system;
- Create schedules and appointments for the Energy Specialist Representative;
- Set up a convenient time for the customer to have their repairs completed including the best day and time available;
- Review service history and recommendations;
- Assist guests with service reservations, dealership information requests, basic troubleshooting, and general vehicle information;
- Provide customers with initial product information and direct them to the appropriate dealership resources;
- Keeps work area neat and clean.
Requirements:
- Comfortable making cold calls and talking to new people all day;
- Positive and hardworking personality;
- Ability to work independently or as an active member of a team;
- Willing to submit to a pre-employment background check & drug screen;
- Valid driver’s license;
- Able to professionally and confidently communicate with diverse groups of people;
- Possesses an energetic, professional, and friendly demeanor;
- Must have strong computer skills;

- Previous cold calling experience in outbound call center or related sales experience;
