Responsibilities:
- Perform Cryoskin care services, such as facials, slimming and toning, as requested by the client;
- Help orient and train new staff;
- Cultivate a clientele of repeat customers by incentivizing their return with amazing services;
- Must follow all Massage Envy policies and protocols;
- Utilizes Massage Envy approved protocols, in accordance with applicable law in your location;
- Help front office when there are no patients;
- Advertise the cosmetic side of the office;
- Other duties as assigned;
- Analyze, consult and perform facials and body contouring treatments in a professional and comfortable setting;
- Attends all in house training and commits to outside continuing education;
- Adheres to work schedule and has good work ethics;
- Assists new team members;
- Maintain a positive and professional attitude;
- Adheres to high professional image standard such as: dress, grooming, language, and lifestyle;
- Practices the highest standard of sanitation, neatness, and visual presentations.
Requirements:
- Able to suggest and sell products based on specific needs;
- Exceptional customer service skills;
- High school diploma or equivalent—Associate’s degree a plus;
- Full-time availability, including weekends and evenings;
- Excellent interpersonal skills;
- Satisfactory results of background and reference check is a condition of employment in this position;
- Must be detail-oriented and highly organized;
- Seeking work with a team and desire to build a career;
- Ability to follow protocols and directions;
- Actively participates in advance training or ongoing education in specific skill trade;
- Guest service oriented with the ability to deliver the ultimate spa experience;
- Training will be provided about Aveda products and services;
- Experience in Aveda product knowledge would be a plus;
- Has strong professional presentation, technical ability and relationship building;
- Highly desirable special skills of facial protocols and knowledge of aromatherapy.
