Our company is looking for a Installation Coordinator to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Confirm all installation appointments daily;
  • Coordinate all installation schedules for installers;
  • Use system to schedule installation appointments;
  • Coordinate, prioritize and schedule installations;
  • Order equipment for jobs;
  • Retain installation completion sheets;
  • Write up phone sales;
  • Make sure all equipment is ordered and ready for each job;
  • Properly complete paperwork for install crews;
  • Ensure paperwork is completed by salesperson;
  • Work closely with Installation Manager and Sales Manager to help the team complete jobs on time and under budget;
  • Pull permits and schedule inspections;
  • Maintain install calendars and contact customers to schedule the installation.

Requirements:

  • Drug test and background check;
  • Must be able to work in a fast paced environment;
  • Prior customer service preferred;
  • Must be detail oriented with personal desire for accuracy;
  • Strong desire to be better at your job tomorrow than you are today;
  • High integrity with advanced social skills and ability to make solid connections;
  • Leads and trains installers to provide excellent customer service;
  • Analyzes business results then develop and execute action plans for improvement;
  • Builds rapport with customers and with Installation teams to improve company brand and retain relationships;
  • Manages and hold accountable sub-contractors to company installation standards;
  • Highly organized with exceptional follow-through abilities;
  • Oversees recruitment, development and supervision of third-party flooring contractors;
  • Supports the management team by handling customer concerns promptly using good judgement;
  • Maintains order status daily and update company software with pertinent data;
  • Performs other functions as necessary to ensure customer satisfaction and/or Installer retention.
