Responsibilities:
- It’s the excitement of Sienna’s wagging tail during her bath orStella’s smile after her teeth are cleaned;
- Brush out and de-matting;
- Feline grooming;
- It’s the little things we do that add up to really big things that pets need;
- It’s the pride of the giving Donnie a makeover in our salons watching him strut his stuff on the way out. Paws off, ladies, he’s taken;
- Candidate will be expected to perform grooming services such as, but not limited to;
- Shave down;
- Trim;
- It’s the gussying up of Astro for this year’s holiday photoshoot. (Fun fact: many of our groomers receive holiday cards from their clients!);
- Specified breed cuts as designated by the client;
- 1st puppy cuts.
Requirements:
- Interest in holistic pet care and nutrition;
- Good customer service and a team player;
- At least 1 year previous Professional Grooming Experience;
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs;
- Must be able to groom all breeds of dogs with excellent scissoring and finishing skills;
- We will provide shampoos etc and will have your tools professionally sharpened 2-3 times a year;
- Must be patient and kind with pets including difficult and anxious dogs;
- Service orientation;
