Our company is looking for a Retail Sales Lead to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Performs other duties as assigned;
- Follows the Company process for the We CARE selling proces and teaches, coaches and ensures that other Sales Associates use the process as well;
- Learning the skills necessary for selling to and assisting customers;
- Spends time on the sales floor in direct interaction with customers facilitating the sales process;
- Partners with and sets an example for new Sales Associates, and is an integral part of the training experience;
- Ensures a positive experience for every customer as measured by store surveys and mystery shops;
- Ensures that the store operates in full compliance with applicable laws, regulations and Company ethics policies;
- Follows proper procedures at the point of sale;
- Works to personally achieve Company standards for Sales productivity.
Requirements:

- 2-5 years retail sales experience;

- Ability to give clear directions and set expectations for staff.
