Our company is looking for a Sales Team Lead to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Use HubSpot to develop regular key performance metrics tracking and reporting. Convert these metrics into recommendations;
  • Develop weekly, monthly, annual and seasonal sales targets for the Sales team;
  • Hire, train, mentor, motivate, and manage a team of Sales Representatives to improve individual results, meet or exceed company goals;
  • Develop partnerships with restaurant chains;
  • Have the opportunity to travel to your market to help grow local restaurant networks;
  • Automate and optimize sales processes, constantly improve sales pitch;
  • Attend events and conferences to network and collect expertise for the team;
  • Report team results directly to the CEO on a weekly and monthly basis;
  • Cooperate with our Growth team and take control of sales email campaigns.

Requirements:

  • Applicable and transferable experience ideally from the fitness or retail industries required;
  • Strong verbal and written communications skills and interpersonal savvy;
  • Experience working with or selling to restaurant owners is a must ;
  • Open to Travel;
  • Professional appearance and demeanor;
  • Must be computer savvy and able to work with an iPad/Apple-based POS system;
  • Experience with sourcing and implementing sales motivation and productivity tools;
  • 3+ years’ experience building high performing sales teams required;
  • Willing and able to work a demanding retail schedule, including nights and weekends;
  • Must have a keen eye for fashion and style;
  • Experience with HubSpot or similar sales CRM system;
  • Completed high school education or equivalent;
  • Must be personable, polite, and exude high, positive energy;
  • Experience in managing sales team of 10+ people;
  • Experience in field sales, successful background in restaurant sales and partnerships; high-growth or early-stage startup experience is a plus.
